Assistant Property Manager: Grow into a Community Leader

Pegasus Residential

Pegasus Residential, LLC is seeking an Assistant Property Manager for a Fort Myers, FL community. You will lease apartments, retain residents, market the property, and handle daily administrative and financial tasks.

In the absence of the Community Manager, you oversee operations, supervise onsite staff, respond to inquiries within 24 hours, and prepare move-in paperwork to ensure a smooth resident experience.
