Advanced Practitioner Opportunity
Ballad Health Medical Associates is seeking an experienced Advanced Practitioner for our Spine and Rehabilitation service line.
Our expanding practice is looking for an additional full-time Advanced Practitioner to assist our Physicians in our musculoskeletal and spine outpatient practice. This position is open to both NP's and PA's.
*Experience in PM&R and/or pain management is a plus.
Job Duties:
- Obtaining history and chief complaint.
- Perform physical exams.
- Order and interpret appropriate labs, x-rays, or other diagnostic tests.
- Formulate diagnosis.
- Initiate treatment plans.
- Provide patient education.
Practice information:
- EPIC EMR
- Outpatient practice
- Three office locations possibly adding a fourth
- Our team currently consists of three Physicians and four Advanced Practitioners
- Virginia and Tennessee licensure
- Primary location will be Kingsport, Tennessee, with possible rotations in Rogersville, Tennessee and Big Stone Gap, Virginia
