Client Success Strategist

This is not a standard “customer service” position. As a Client Success Strategist at Growdi, you are the operational bridge between our engineering team and our elite clientele. You will manage the relationship with Managing Partners, Surgeons, and top-tier Brokers from the moment they sign a $10,000+ infrastructure deal. Your objective is to ensure smooth onboarding, flawless deployment communication, and ultimate client retention by proving the ROI of our systems. Your Responsibilities Lead the executive onboarding process for high-net-worth clients, setting clear expectations and deployment timelines. Act as the strategic liaison between the client’s stakeholders and our internal automation architects. Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to present data, showcase ROI, and identify opportunities for infrastructure expansion (upselling). Proactively identify client friction points and resolve them before they become technical escalations. Who We Are Looking For Immaculate communication skills. You must project authority, empathy, and extreme competence when speaking with C-level executives. Strong operational background. You understand B2B sales pipelines, CRM basics, and business logic. Hyper-organized and proactive. You don’t wait for clients to complain; you anticipate their needs and guide them. Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish) is a strong advantage. Why Join Us?
