Occupational Therapist

Make a real impact supporting students this 2nd semester as a dedicated Occupational Therapist in the Minooka and Morris, IL areas, right near Shorewood. This is a full-time contract opportunity that will have you working itinerantly between several schools, supporting kindergarten through transitional autism spectrum disorder (ASD) program students.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid Occupational Therapy license in Illinois
• Previous school-based OT experience preferred
• Comfortable working with diverse populations, including ASD-specific programs
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to travel between multiple school sites

What You'll Do:

• Provide direct occupational therapy services to Ktransitional-aged students
• Evaluate student needs, develop, and implement individualized therapy plans
• Collaborate with educational teams, teachers, and family members to support student growth
• Travel as needed between sites in the Minooka and Morris areas
• Maintain accurate records for assessments, progress, and IEP documentation
• Adapt therapy techniques to varied student groups and age ranges
