JOB SUMMARY

The Site Manager oversees all operational, financial, and administrative aspects of the Reno clinical trial

facility. This leadership role is responsible for driving site profitability, managing clinical and administrative staff

(CRCs, Recruiters, and Techs), ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining strong relationships with PIs

and study sponsors to ensure timely trial enrollment.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Operational Leadership: Manage daily site workflows, staff scheduling, resource allocation, and facility

operations to maximize efficiency and study throughput.

Team Management: Hire, train, mentor, and evaluate site staff, ensuring a high-performance culture

focused on data integrity and patient safety.

Financial Oversight & Metrics: Manage the site budget, track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as

enrollment velocity and screen-fail rates, and drive strategies to hit revenue targets.

Quality Assurance: Ensure the entire site operates in a audit-ready state, maintaining strict adherence to

FDA, GCP, and SOP guidelines. Act as the primary point of contact for sponsor audits.

REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Life Sciences, or

equivalent experience.

Experience: 3-5+ years of experience in clinical research operations, with at least 1-2 years in a

dedicated supervisory or management role over a clinical trial site.
