This role focuses on helping clients understand their challenges, build healthier coping skills, and stay engaged in treatment. You will manage a regular caseload, provide therapy sessions, and document care clearly while working from a remote environment.ResponsibilitiesConduct virtual counseling sessions with clientsAssess client concerns, symptoms, and treatment needsCreate clear, goal-based treatment plansSupport clients with emotional health, relationships, stress management, and personal growthMonitor progress and update care plans when neededKeep client records organized, accurate, and compliant
