About the Role

The Company is in search of a Head of Investor Relations to take on a pivotal role in engaging with the investment community and supporting the capital markets strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading all investor relations activities, including shareholder engagement, earnings support, and market communications. This role involves developing and maintaining relationships with institutional investors, sell-side analysts, and other market participants, as well as partnering with executive leadership to effectively communicate the company's performance, strategy, and long-term value proposition. The Head of IR will also be tasked with preparing various communication materials, monitoring market trends, and supporting strategic capital markets initiatives. Applicants for the Head of Investor Relations position at the company should have a background that includes at least 8 years' experience in investor relations, equity research, investment banking, corporate finance, or a related field. A strong understanding of public company reporting, financial markets, and investor communications is essential. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building relationships with institutional investors and the analyst community, as well as excellent presentation, communication, and storytelling skills. Strong financial analysis and business acumen, with the ability to distill complex information into clear investment messaging, are also key requirements. Experience in supporting earnings cycles, investor conferences, and shareholder engagement initiatives is preferred.
