- Represent employees and employers in employment litigation and administrative proceedings. \n
- Negotiate severance agreements and executive compensation arrangements. \n
- Draft legal documents, manage discovery, and help prepare matters for hearings and trial. \n
- Defend discrimination charges and employment-related lawsuits. \n
- Advise business clients on workplace policies and everyday labor and employment issues. \n
Qualifications
\n- \n
- J.D. from an accredited law school and active New York bar admission. \n
- 3+ years of directly relevant labor and employment law experience. \n
- Strong legal research, writing, and oral communication skills. \n
- Excellent organization, time management, and client relationship skills. \n
- Connecticut bar admission is preferred. Qualified law firm, in-house, and solo practice backgrounds are welcome. \n
