HR Operations Generalist
Virtual Vocations Inc
Owning the day-to-day execution of HR operations, the part-time HR Operations Generalist will manage payroll administration, benefits, and employee lifecycle processes in a remote capacity, ensuring compliance and smooth operations. Key responsibilities Oversee semi-monthly payroll processing and maintain accurate payroll records Coordinate new hire onboarding and employee offboarding processes Administer employee benefits, leave programs, and ensure compliance with employment laws Required qualifications 5+ years of experience in HR Operations or as an HR Generalist Experience independently processing payroll from start to finish Strong knowledge of federal and multi-state employment laws and regulations Experience administering benefits, leave management, and compliance-related tasks HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or SPHR) is a plus but not required
