All the time. If you want a non-selling "office" job, this isn't it.Leading a consistently high-performing team that wants to win. You'll be a hands-on role model for your staff, providing continuous feedback.Responsible for the motivation to achieve and exceed personal, team, and individual membership sales and retail sales goals.Captivating a positive culture with team recognitions and studio contests.Consistently creates a friendly environment for guests by greeting, assisting, and quickly responding to customer questions and needsCreating schedules, inventory management, customer service, etc.Maintains an impeccable and clean studio.Here's what you need to bring to the table:Proven experience leading a team of at least 10 people to consistently meet or exceed sales and financial goals.
