Smedley Law Group, P.C. is a fast-growing, values-driven family law firm seeking an experienced Non-Attorney Sales Professional with a strong conversion ability to contribute to our firm in a fully remote role. The successful candidate will ultimately build a sales team from the ground up to ensure a flawless end-to-end intake process. Do you truly understand consultative sales dynamics in a law firm? Convert qualified leads into retained clients through consultative sales techniques Build trust and rapport while navigating sensitive personal matters Deliver an exceptional client experience from first contact through onboarding Maintain accurate tracking, reporting, and follow-up—excellent CRM hygiene is a must! Proven record of sales success, preferably in a family law firm setting (closing to retainer) Experience in consultative/relationship-based selling approaches and overcoming objections in a high emotion environment Skilled at leading in-depth, emotionally charged conversations, extracting key information from complex narratives, and identifying the underlying problems in order to present tailored solutions with confidence Motivated by results, thriving in an environment that emphasizes KPI accountability Positive attitude with a values-centered mindset Resourceful and self-directed, with excellent organizational habits and a commitment to accuracy and consistency.
