Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Cosmetologist (colorist & stylist) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to providing exceptional guest experiences. As a Cosmetologist, you will be responsible for enhancing the beauty and well-being of our clients through a range of services while promoting products and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
Duties
- Perform color or stylists services.
- Demonstrate product knowledge through engaging product demos to educate clients on the benefits of beauty products.
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in accordance with health regulations.
- Deliver outstanding guest services by building rapport with clients and addressing their individual needs.
- Assist in retail sales by recommending products that complement the services provided.
Experience
- Licensed cosmetologist
- Familiarity with salon software systems is advantageous.
- Excellent guest service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for clients.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
