We're growing and looking for a Residential HVAC Technician who takes pride in diagnosing systems accurately, fixing issues the right way, and delivering a high-level customer experience on every call. Schedule Monday-Friday | 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM (Some overtime based on seasonal demand) Compensation $35.00 - $45.00 per hour (based on experience and licensing) Sign-On Bonus: Up to $5,000 for qualified candidates Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance 2 weeks accrued PTO 6 paid holidays Company-provided vehicle Tool allowance Low on-call rotation Ongoing training & certification support (including full NATE reimbursement) What You'll Be Doing You'll be responsible for servicing residential HVAC systems while building trust with homeowners.
