Job Full Description

We have two companies seeking experienced Direct support professionals to join their team! We have 2nd shift, 3rd shift and part time weekends available.

Description

Provide a safe, clean, and therapeutic living environment for individuals with physical and mental disabilities in a residential setting.
Encourage and guide individuals in developing daily living skills, fostering independence in a community environment.
Assist individuals with maintaining physical health and personal hygiene.
Organize and participate in leisure and recreational activities for residents.
Demonstrate and coach individuals using approved techniques and strategies to promote growth and development.
Participate in the overall maintenance and operation of the residential setting to ensure a smooth and supportive environment.
