They are seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to join their team. Your day-to-day as a Manufacturing Supervisor: Oversee daily manufacturing operations and ensure adherence to safety guidelines Manage and support a team of approximately 15 staff members, including performance reviews and training Drive continuous improvement initiatives in Lean manufacturing and 5S activities Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to achieve operational goals Maintain accurate documentation for staff attendance, performance, and training Ensure production schedules are met and communicate issues to management promptly Your skills and experience: Associate degree in Business, Management, or equivalent experience 5+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems Mechanical aptitude and experience with injection molding preferred Excellent problem-solving, time management, and attention to detail We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
