By joining the Tampa division as a New Home Sales Associate, this individual will have the opportunity to learn the skills needed to be successful in new home sales and, after a training period of 6-12 months, increase your responsibilities with the transition to a New Home Sales Consultant position with big earning potential. Responsibilities New Home Sales Associates will participate in David Weekley Homes' training program while supporting Sales Consultants through customer service, administrative tasks, marketing and other duties. Your responsibility is to bring a great attitude, enthusiasm, a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn! Qualifications Real estate experience is not required. If you have recently graduated or have experience in hospitality, serving, education, banking, apartment leasing, event management or a comparable customer-facing role, we want to talk with you!
