B2B Automation & RevOps Specialist (Make.com / Cold Email Infrastructure)

We are not looking for a traditional software engineer. We do not want you to build a custom CRM from scratch. We are building a high-volume, automated AI outbound lead generation machine, and we need a Systems Integrator to connect the plumbing.


Your job is to take existing, billion-dollar SaaS tools and stack them together using APIs and webhooks to build a flawless cold-outbound infrastructure. You will manage the technical backend of our 'Pay-Per-Show' lead generation engine so our sales team can focus strictly on closing.


What You Will Actually Do


Infrastructure Management: Purchase and configure secondary domains. You must have absolute mastery over DNS recordsspecifically setting up SPF, DKIM, and DMARC to ensure 100% deliverability and keep us out of the spam folder.


Data Scrubbing: Export target lists from Apollo.io, format the CSVs, and run them through NeverBounce/MillionVerifier. If you don't know how to maintain a sub-1% bounce rate, do not apply.


Sequencer Configuration: Manage our sending infrastructure inside Smartlead.ai or Instantly.ai. Handle the 14-day inbox warmup protocols and monitor daily sender reputation.


AI Routing & Automation: Build complex visual workflows in Make.com (or Zapier). You will connect our sending software to the OpenAI (ChatGPT) API to auto-classify replies and route qualified leads into our GoHighLevel (GHL) CRM.

You want to write custom Python/C++ code for everything.


You need a corporate, 6-month onboarding process.


You don't understand the mechanics of cold email deliverability.


How We Work


We pay for speed, accuracy, and infrastructure that doesn't break. You will be paid a flat setup fee to build out the initial architecture, followed by a monthly retainer to manage the pipes, add new client domains, and ensure the webhooks fire correctly. If you build a machine that prints qualified meetings, you will have a permanent, highly lucrative home here.
