This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys recruiting while also improving processes, analyzing recruiting performance, and helping build a high-performing recruiting team.ResponsibilitiesFull-Cycle RecruitingManage the full recruiting lifecycle from sourcing and initial outreach through screening, interviews, offer negotiation, and onboardingRecruit across a range of technology positions, including Software Engineering, Data, AI/ML, and other technical rolesDevelop targeted sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, Handshake, job boards, referrals, and other recruiting channelsBuild and maintain qualified candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needsConduct recruiter screens and evaluate candidates based on technical background, communication skills, career goals, and role requirementsPartner with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to understand hiring priorities and deliver qualified candidatesRecruiting Strategy & OperationsAnalyze recruiting funnel metrics, including sourcing volume, response rates, interview conversion, offer acceptance, and time-to-fillIdentify recruiting bottlenecks and develop practical solutions to improve conversion and efficiencyDevelop and improve recruiting SOPs, interview processes, sourcing strategies, and candidate communicationMaintain accurate candidate data and recruiting activity in ATS/CRM systemsHelp establish recruiting KPIs, performance standards, and team goalsMonitor recruiting market trends and identify new sourcing channels and talent poolsTeam LeadershipCoach and support recruiters in sourcing, screening, candidate engagement, and pipeline managementReview recruiting performance and provide actionable feedbackShare effective recruiting practices and help standardize successful workflows across the teamSupport recruiter capacity planning and workload managementTake ownership of recruiting initiatives and process improvement projectsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field preferredRequired Skills2+ years of professional recruiting or talent acquisition experience requiredExperience managing full-cycle recruitingTechnology recruiting experience strongly preferredExperience recruiting Software Engineers, Data/AI professionals, or other technical talent is a strong plusHands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Handshake, job boards, ATS/CRM systems, or similar recruiting platformsStrong sourcing and candidate engagement skillsStrong interviewing and candidate assessment skillsComfortable working with recruiting data, funnel metrics, and KPIsStrong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and hiring pipelines independentlyPrevious experience mentoring or leading recruiters is preferredCandidates must have prior professional recruiting or talent acquisition experience.Preferred SkillsTechnology recruiting experience strongly preferredExperience recruiting Software Engineers, Data/AI professionals, or other technical talent is a strong plusPrevious experience mentoring or leading recruiters is preferredAbout What We OfferCompetitive compensation based on experienceOpportunity to take on meaningful recruiting leadership responsibilitiesExposure to technology recruiting across Software Engineering, Data, AI, and emerging technologiesOpportunity to work directly with hiring managers and business stakeholdersA collaborative environment with opportunities to grow within Talent Acquisition and HRThe opportunity to help shape recruiting strategy and processes as the organization growsSecurity & Data Privacy ResponsibilitiesAll employees are responsible for protecting company, customer, employee, and other confidential information entrusted to the organization.
