Automotive Service Cashier / Receptionist

We have an immediate opening for an Automotive Service Cashier / Receptionist . If you're a well-organized team player with previous cash handling and reception experience, we want you to join our team!

Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :

• Data Entry and Review - Closing repair orders, parts invoices / creating receipts
• Problem resolutions of account related issues
• Balancing Daily Deposit of cash, credit cards, and checks
• Greeting customers
• Matching checks to invoices/payment requests
• Entering invoices in Excel; reconciling batches; researching & resolving payables issues with vendors
• Answer phones and take messages
• Filing and boxing Repair Orders and Parts Invoices
• Cashiering

Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Previous dealership experience preferred
• Excel Proficient Preferred
• Detail oriented skills with strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Fast learner that is open to change and able to handle demanding environment
• Ability to work independently and with a team
• A professional appearance and attire
• Strong communication and people skills - both written and verbal
• All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA
• All applicants must have the ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and valid driver's license
• Tuesday - Friday 9:00 AM -6:00 PM Saturday 8:00 - 2:00 PM
