Your Mission is Ours.We are seeking a Software Engineer to join the SDA Tranche integration and test team within Production Operations. In this role you will participate in leading in the planning/execution of electrical floor operations and will be responsible for developing automated test scripts, procedures, and other documentation needed to conduct spacecraft testing at Waterton.Basic Qualifications:• Bachelor’s Degree (Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field preferred) or equivalent experience/combined education.• Willingness to work overtime to support launchand willingness to work off-shifts and weekends as needed.• Final SECRET Security ClearanceDesired Skills:Experience Python, Test scripting, Debugging CTC ( Certified Test Conductor) • Strong software scripting skills, specifically Python• Experience with EASY and/or Horizon software products• Payload and Bus SW Integration Experience• Experience in Linux Environment• Experience in ATLO or AIT Production and test environments, especially using Automation Framework (AF)• Experience using GIT, setting IP addresses, working with sys admins• Experience integrating with EGSE systemsSecurity Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.Clearance Level: SecretOther Important Information You Should KnowExpression of Interest: By applying to this job, you are expressing interest in this position and could be considered for other career opportunities where similar skills and requirements have been identified as a match. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday offPay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $93,200 - $164,450. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
