Sanitation Associates

Pay: $17.00 per hour - 19.50 per hour

Day Shift: 5:00 AM – 5:00 PM (12-Hour Shifts)

Shift 1 – First Half of the Week

Sunday through every other Wednesday

OR

Shift 3 – Second Half of the Week

Every other Wednesday through Saturday

Night Shift: 5:00 PM - 5:00 AM (12-Hour Shifts)

Overtime & Pay

You'll work 12-hour shifts with built-in overtime every day.

First 10 hours each shift are paid at your regular hourly rate.

Last 1.5 hours of each shift are paid at time and a half.

Additional overtime is paid after 40 hours worked in the workweek, allowing you to maximize your weekly earnings.

What You'll Be Doing

Clean and sanitize food production equipment and work areas

Wash pots, pans, trays, buckets, and production tools

Disassemble and reassemble equipment for deep cleaning

Sweep, mop, and maintain clean production floors

Follow food safety and sanitation procedures

Safely use approved cleaning chemicals

Remove waste and maintain a clean production environment

Work with the production team to help ensure safe, high-quality food manufacturing

What We're Looking For

No experience required—we will train the right candidate

Dependable with good attendance

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Able to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical work throughout a 12-hour shift

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed

Team player with a positive attitude

Requirements

Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English

Must be authorized to work in the United States

Must be able to work the scheduled 12-hour day shifts

Must have reliable transportation to work
