Job Description:

Minimum 10 years of hands-on BA experience in a mid to large-size corporate environment – 7 years of leadership experience (They must be individual contributors and not just part of a large team).

Very good communication is a must since most of the users this position deals with are Americans.

Champion, self-starter, leadership qualities and should have led multiple complex projects (multiple system analysis, creating BRD, working with sponsors, stakeholders, etc).

Technology-centric roles – this is a very technical role and requires a very deep understanding of all technology aspects. Focus on DevOps, Agile, cloud, data, MS.net stack, BRD, FRD, testing, etc.

They should have started their career as developers or as a hands-on technology role and then moved to a BA role.

Please ensure they are very proficient in BA functional and theoretical knowledge – they will be asked complex questions relating to their experiences and how they managed the situations as a BA.

Exceptional interpersonal skills including the ability to clearly explain situational examples and solutions. Must be able to explain the Why, What, and How.

This is a very senior BA role – not just a number of years in the industry but a champion and leader.

They are looking for someone who will provide quantifiable solutions/recommendations and not an order taker.

Insurance industry experience is a huge plus.

Please note, they are not looking for an average career candidate, if we can find someone who worked for top 20 consulting companies in a senior role that is a plus.
