# **Registered Nurse (RN)****Dublin Post Acute****Location:** Dublin, OH**Position Type:** Full-Time Day Shift **(Rotating weekend shift)****Hours:** 7:00am – 7:00pm**$2,000 Sign-On Bonus for Full-Time RN****Dublin Post Acute** is seeking a compassionate, skilled, and dedicated RN to join our team on the night shift. The RN is responsible for providing high-quality nursing care, supervising clinical staff, and ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of our residents in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation environment.Essential Duties & Responsibilities* Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care plans.* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.* Monitor residents' conditions and promptly report changes to physicians and appropriate team members.* Supervise and support LVNs, CNAs, and other nursing staff.* Ensure accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility policies and regulatory requirements.* Respond to resident emergencies and provide appropriate nursing interventions.* Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members.* Participate in shift reports, care conferences, and quality improvement activities.* Maintain compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations.* Promote a positive, resident-centered environment focused on quality care and customer service.QualificationsEducation & Licensure* Current, active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.* Graduate of an accredited nursing program.* Current CPR/BLS certification required.Experience* Previous experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, long-term care, or post-acute care preferred.* Experience supervising nursing staff preferred.Skills & Abilities* Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.* Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities.* Proficient documentation and computer skills.* Ability to work independently while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team.Physical Requirements* Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and move throughout the facility during scheduled shifts.* Ability to assist residents and respond to emergencies as needed.* Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.Benefits* Competitive compensation* Shift differential for night shift* Medical, dental, and vision insurance* Paid time off and holiday pay* 401(k) retirement plan* Continuing education and professional development opportunities* Supportive team environmentWhy Join Dublin Post Acute?At Dublin Post Acute, we are committed to delivering exceptional care while fostering a positive and supportive workplace culture.
