What You'll Do

• Perform comprehensive eye examinations for patients in a correctional facility
• Prescribe corrective lenses and manage ocular health issues
• Document findings and treatment plans in compliance with facility policies
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure quality patient care
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
• Adhere to all safety and confidentiality protocols in a correctional environment

What You Need

Required:

• Valid optometry license for West Virginia
• Experience in eye care and examinations
• Strong communication skills and professional demeanor

Preferred:

• Experience working in correctional or underserved settings
• Ability to work independently and manages time effectively
