Hot Tub & Pool Service Technician (2+ Years Exp. Required)

What You’ll Do:
- Troubleshoot and repair spa/swim spa equipment and systems (heaters, pumps, controls, plumbing, jets, lights, ozone, Wi-Fi, etc.)
- Diagnose and repair electrical and plumbing issues related to spa equipment
- Install cover lifters , accessories, and Wi-Fi-enabled controllers
- Perform seasonal service, including spa openings/winterizations
- Conduct routine maintenance and water testing as needed
- Deliver excellent customer service in the field
- Keep detailed service records and communicate with service coordinators
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience as a hot tub, pool, or HVAC/plumbing technician
- Strong knowledge of spa mechanical systems and components
- Electrical and/or plumbing background is a major plus
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Valid Driver’s License (required)
- Friendly, customer-focused attitude
Nice-to-Have (Not Required):
- Experience with vinyl pools , above-ground pools, or fireplaces
- Knowledge of brands like Jacuzzi, Bullfrog, Cal Spas, or Sundance
- HVAC experience
