• Deliver comprehensive dental care with a patient-first approach.
• Diagnose, treatment plan, and perform a wide range of general dentistry procedures.

• Collaborate with hygienists, dental assistants, and support staff to provide an exceptional patient experience.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
• Active Minnesota dental license (or eligibility to obtain).
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• DEA registration (or ability to obtain).
• Controlled Substance License (if applicable).
• Commitment to providing outstanding patient care and clinical excellence.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship available for qualified candidates.

Monday - Friday
Responsibilities

• Lead the day with purpose - kick off each morning with a team huddle to create alignment for the day.
• Practice at the top of your license with clinical autonomy and full support.
• Build patient relationships, conduct thorough exams and communicate treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
• Empower your team - delegate effectively to team members so you can maximize efficiency and focus on dentistry.
• Adhere to ethical and legal standards, following regulatory guidelines and ensuring patient confidentiality.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited school
• Active state dental license, CPR Certification, and DEA License (or in process of obtaining )
• Controlled Substance License (if required by the state)
• Legally authorized to work in the US. Sponsorship available for qualified candidates.

Compensation

Earn $300,000+ per year, plus $40,000 signing bonus!!
