PDS Project Manager Hybrid position What this job involves JLL is currently seeking a dynamic individual for the role of Project Manager to provide reliable, timely, and professional support, and lead day to day project management activities. The position entails working with a group of internal and external stakeholders at all levels of the organization. The successful candidate requires the independent judgment to plan, prioritize, and organize a diverse workload. Your day-to-day tasks will include: Support project executives on multiple projects and assignments On site presence 4-5 days per week Develop scope, schedule and budget for assigned projects Identify and address areas of concern regarding potential risk surrounding project, project logistical issues, budget and scope Create, coordinate and track all Vendor Request For Proposals ("RFPs") Interact and negotiate with contractors and vendors Prepare/update project status reports, process invoices, update tracking reports, and maintain files for due diligence and financials Actively track project schedule against critical path to identify risk Coordinate the activities of vendors and contractors based on scope and schedule, inclusive of critical support spaces Demonstrate a proactive focus on meeting client and project requirements in a timely and cost effective manner. Demonstrate proficiency in the use and application of all Project Development Services technology as required for assigned projects. Any other reasonable duties and responsibilities that may be assigned. Required Qualifications High School diploma or GED equivalent Minimum of 5+ years of relevant work experience in project management Demonstrated track record of successfully delivering complex commercial construction projects across a wide array of project types ranging from office space to manufacturing facilities Strong understanding of building systems, construction methods, and materials Proficiency in reviewing engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation Knowledge of building codes, ADA requirements, and local jurisdictional regulations Familiarity with sustainable building practices and LEED certification processes Ability to prepare and track budgets, forecasts, schedules, and project risk assessments Ability to adapt, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced team or independent environment Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to successfully communicate with architects, contractors, client representatives, and team members Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and Project Management Applications Willingness to travel approximately 20-30% Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or related discipline) LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certification AIA (American Institute of Architects) professional membership or credentials PE (Professional Engineer) license PMP (Project Management Professional) certification This position does not provide visa sponsorship. Estimated compensation for this position 100,000.00 - 115,000.00 USD per year This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
