Job Title: Primary Care Physician - Family Medicine / Internal Medicine
Location: Killeen
Job Type: Full-Time

Job Summary
We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to provide comprehensive outpatient care in a growing primary care clinic. The physician will manage adult patients with a focus on preventive care, chronic disease management, and value-based outcomes.

Responsibilities

Provide full-spectrum outpatient primary care
Manage acute and chronic conditions
Perform annual wellness visits and preventive screenings
Develop and oversee patient treatment plans
Supervise NP/PA providers if applicable
Maintain accurate EMR documentation

Qualifications

MD or DO
Board Certified/Eligible in FM or IM
Active Texas license or eligible
DEA registration

Compensation & Benefits
