If you enjoy wearing both the sales hat and the tool belt (literally and figuratively), this is your opportunity to lead from the front. What You'll Do Perform thorough crawl space inspections — moisture, water damage, wood rot, structural issues, you name it Build an accurate scope of work and price every job with confidence Walk homeowners through exactly what you found and why it matters Manage your own schedule from your phone or tablet Stay connected with office staff and repair crews to keep jobs moving smoothly You're the One If... Inspector must provide own work khakis. Will be supplied a tablet and phone for performing inspections, as well as a computer and will adhere to company technology policy Time Off 5 days of PTO in first year (after 90 days) 2 additional PTO days each year.
