Location: Ada, Oklahoma

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: Day and weekend rotation from 08:00 to 16:30.

Responsibilities:

• Provide evaluation, treatment planning, and therapy interventions for patients.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to manage patient care.
• Utilize appropriate therapeutic equipment while ensuring patient safety.
• Maintain accurate records of patient progress and update therapy plans as necessary.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Active Therapy Licensure in the state of Oklahoma.
• 0+ years of experience preferred, but all levels considered.
• Experience in a Med-Surg setting and with complex patient diagnoses is a plus.
