Job Overview Einstein Bros. Bagels is looking for Team Members to greet guests, provide excellent service, maintain a clean environment, and support the kitchen. Employees are expected to uphold the company’s values of joy, balance, and high‑quality food. Responsibilities Make every guest feel welcomed from the minute they walk in. Promote the company by creating a positive guest experience. Ensure the quality of the food and beverages served. Keep the store environment safe and clean. Work varied hours and days, including early mornings (as early as 3am) and weekends, as dictated by business needs. Qualifications Must be at least 16 years old. Ability to work varied hours, including early morning and weekends. Strong multitasking skills in a fast‑paced environment.
