Develop business case models to analyze new product investment decisions, drive decision-making within the project core teams, and inform the executive approval team. Perform detailed analyses to identify, analyze, understand, and monitor the organization’s key performance indicators related to brand sales. Support brand leadership team in modeling and analyzing national promotion events for our brands to help understand mix, lift and profitability. Support strategic planning and decision-making by identifying and analyzing key business trends, market segments, and key customers. Proactively assist in developing projects to identify opportunities for cost savings / profit enhancement and efficiency improvement throughout the organization. Create and provide ad hoc reporting for cross-functional groups and varying organizational levels to evaluate business trends and opportunities in support of various modeling assumptions. Seek ways to improve standard reporting as requested or required with a view toward driving action. Perform other duties as assigned. What You’ll Need (Qualifications): Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance 4 + years relevant work experience Strong technical knowledge of building the P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flows from bottom up CPA and/or MBA, a plus Tempur Sealy is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action employer.
