We use voice synthesis, generative AI, and integrations with logistics systems to solve the largest cost in this industry - people. When Uber Freight needs to ship a truckload of Coca-Cola going from Phoenix to Bentonville, they can use our solution to call the driver to get an ETA, alert the receiver and shipper that the driver is running late, and reschedule the appointment — all with automated text messages, phone calls, and emails. We help freight operators focus on high-value work by automating routine calls and emails. Our AI-powered platform can leverage email or use a human-like voice to make tracking calls, cover loads, and reschedule appointments. Qualifications 5+ years of relevant development experience Previous startup experience Availability to work in San Francisco (CA) Clear demonstration of autonomy and entrepreneurial spirit Excellence in NodeJS, Typescript Nice-to-haves Ideal candidate will have freight tech experience 5+ years of relevant experience Proficiency in GCP, cloud deployment, CI/CD Experience with LLMs (OpenAI API, Langchain, HuggingFace, etc.) What We Offer Opportunity to work in a fast-growing startup with a dynamic team.
