Maintain comprehensive records of service reports, equipment readings, and material usage.

Execute system repairs safely following strict local codes and safety procedures.

Ensure maximum client satisfaction by delivering professional communication on every call.

Minimum of 5 years of related work experience in mechanical HVAC service and repair.

Strong background performing complex repairs on residential or commercial heating and cooling equipment.

Willingness to travel up to 50% of working hours to various client locations.

Experience with advanced diagnostic tools and digital troubleshooting interface packages.

Specialized manufacturer service certifications or advanced technical training credentials.

Proven track record of explaining technical service options clearly to residential and commercial customers.
