Disaster Recovery Analyst

To ensure the department is prepared for critical IT system recovery, the full-time Disaster Recovery Analyst will review and revise disaster and cyber recovery plans, lead recovery efforts, and document processes for applications in both on-prem and public cloud environments, working in a hybrid model from Lakeland, FL. Key responsibilities Ensure alignment of IT recovery procedures with enterprise disaster recovery and cyber recovery strategies Lead the review and continuous improvement of recovery plans for critical systems across various environments Coordinate and execute disaster and cyber recovery testing, validating system resilience and recovery readiness Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related analytical field, or equivalent experience Understanding of modern data center architecture Ability to comprehend disaster recovery concepts and develop solutions Demonstrated competency in strategic thinking Ability to work after-hours and overnights on an as-needed basis
