Daily Responsibilities: Provide rehabilitation services to the residents residing at our facility Implement treatment plans Collaborate with the therapy team to develop individualized education programs Required Skills: Associates degree from an accredited OTA program Tennessee license Skilled in providing occupational therapy interventions under the direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist Experience with ADL training including dressing, bathing, toileting, grooming, and feeding Knowledge of adaptive equipment Nice to Have Skills: Previous work in skilled nursing facilities Company Information: The Farms at Puryear is a senior living and care facility in Tennessee, providing skilled nursing services focused on fostering a supportive and joyful environment for residents.
