Senior Oncology Account Manager (Long Island)

Immunome seeks a Senior Oncology Account Manager to drive sales of varegacestat in the Long Island territory. This field-based role focuses on building provider relationships, executing brand strategy, and achieving territory sales targets in the desmoid tumor market prior to and following product launch.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed territory sales goals for varegacestat aligned with brand strategy
• Develop and execute territory business plan with priority accounts and call strategies
• Build and maintain compliant relationships with physicians, nurses, and care teams
• Identify and engage key opinion leaders, sarcoma specialists, and multidisciplinary teams
• Partner cross-functionally with Market Development, Marketing, Market Access, and Medical Affairs

Requirements

• Proven oncology or specialty pharmaceutical sales experience
• Strong relationship-building and account management skills
• Deep knowledge of desmoid tumor treatment landscape and standards of care
• Ability to deliver compliant, clinical, and value-based sales messages
• Experience with CRM tools and territory business planning
• Cross-functional collaboration and communication skills
