Since 1913, Fisk has been one of the nation's leading providers for the design, installation and maintenance of electrical systems, structured cabling applications, integrated electronic security systems, and building technology solutions.From coast to coast, notable projects include The Purple Line (D Line) Extensions in Los Angeles, SR 99 Viaduct replacement tunnel in Seattle, MGM Grand and City Center projects in Las Vegas, Third Street Light Rail in San Francisco, Minute Maid Park in Houston and multiple airport expansions and data center projects.As an Electrical Superintendent at Fisk Electric, reporting to The General Manager, you will have the opportunity to:Act as the primary leader of subcontractors and field forces on a job siteMaintain project safety in accordance with the Company's Safety PolicyOversight of multiple jobs & manpower for each jobDevelop and update the project schedulePrepare two-week look ahead schedulesUpdate project schedules utilizing computerized scheduling softwareAssist with the buyout and selection of major subcontractorsCoordinate the work of the subcontractors' field forcesCommunicate effectively with owners, designers and engineersMaintain accurate cost reportsRequirements:High School Diploma or GED requiredAt least 8 (eight) years of commercial construction experience is required2 or more years of experience working for a commercial electrical contractorExperience managing others with a proven history of leading, teaching, developing, and mentoring successfullyExperience with Conest and Accubid SoftwareExperience with project management and scheduling software (ex: JDE, Procore, Bluebeam, Asta)Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is requiredGood written and verbal communication skillsFisk Electric builds extraordinary projects and we need exceptional talent.
