Job Description

St. Jude Heritage Medical Group in Fullerton, California is seeking a board-certified/board-eligible Nocturnist.

This opportunity is for a large and well-established group in Orange County, California. This 320-bed, acute care facility offers every specialty and subspecialty and continually sets the standard for medical care, offering a comprehensive array of services and programs. Providence St. Jude is Magnet designated and a cardiovascular and stroke receiving center for both Orange and Los Angeles counties.

• Nocturnist schedule: 3 to 4 consecutive nights of work followed by 7 days off; average of 8 admissions per night, along with cross-coverage responsibilities
• On site intensivist 24/7
• Codes are run by the ER and ICU
• Excellent multispecialty support
• No additional on-call duties after the shift
• Interventional radiology and Pharmacy in the building
• St. Jude lab is locating in the building
• Experienced physician preferred, but new graduates will be considered

• Position eligible for Public Student Loan Forgiveness (PSLF)

• Compensation is between $298,805 and $384,639 per year
• The compensation amounts listed may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position. In addition, providers may have CME benefits available to them.
