About the Role As a Casual Pharmacy Assistant, you will play a key role in creating a positive and seamless experience for every customer who visits our store. You’ll be part of a collaborative team, working closely with the Retail Manager to ensure the store operates efficiently while delivering outstanding service. This is a hands‑on, customer‑focussed role where no two days are the same. You will: Provide friendly, knowledgeable assistance to customers, helping them find the right products for their needs. Build positive relationships with customers and contribute to a welcoming store atmosphere. Maintain visually appealing shelves and displays through effective merchandising and stock replenishment. Ensure accurate pricing and clear product ticketing. Process transactions efficiently and accurately at the register. Assist with stock management, including receiving and organising deliveries. Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and safety throughout the store. Support daily operations to ensure the store runs smoothly and efficiently. This role offers the opportunity to develop valuable retail and healthcare industry skills, with ongoing support and training provided. About You You are enthusiastic, dependable, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
