Job Description EchoPark Automotive is seeking an Assistant Reconditioning Manager to join our team at our dealership in Roseville, CA. The Assistant Reconditioning Coach's primary role is to assist their team in delivering vehicles reconditioned within our quality and time standards. As part of our reconditioning team, team members are involved in procuring auto parts and managing inventory to fulfill vehicle reconditioning requests. The team works efficiently and collaboratively to ensure consistent results. What You Will Do: Coordinate with Service Technicians to ensure timely parts availability for vehicle reconditioning Order parts from suppliers based on department and technician requests Receive, unpack, and store parts appropriately for easy access Maintain inventory records and track parts received Handle parts warranties and returns as needed Maintain optimal stock levels Provide inventory fulfillment to remote stores Manage arbitration and transportation claims Oversee wholesale units with weekly reporting for visibility Ensure quality assurance for vehicles on lot Prepare reports as required What We're Looking For: Experience in the automotive industry General knowledge of vehicle mechanical operations Proficiency with computer systems, including spreadsheets, word processing, data entry, and inventory management software Strong math, analytical, and problem-solving skills Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and follow up diligently Excellent oral and written communication skills Attention to detail and ownership of responsibilities Good judgment in decision-making What We Offer: Annual income potential of $60,000 - $70,000 Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401K plan with company match Paid time off Leadership and personal development programs Casual dress code All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines. #J-18808-Ljbffr Sonic Automotive
