is hiring an Automotive Title Clerk to join our dealership office team to help process vehicle titles and registrations, maintain accurate paperwork, and support daily dealership operations while ensuring a high level of accuracy and compliance. What You’ll Do:

• Process and maintain all vehicle titles and registrations.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with state regulations.
• Assist customers with title-related inquiries and provide exceptional service.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve title issues.
• Maintain organized records and files for all title transactions.

• Previous Automotive Title Clerk experience preferred.
• Candidates with transferable experience in dealership billing, accounting, warranty administration, finance administration, contracts, DMV processing, or other automotive office roles are encouraged to apply.
• Reynolds & Reynolds Ignite experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Familiarity with state title and registration laws preferred.
• Proficiency in computer software and data entry preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent
