The ideal candidate will have experience with problem solving, critical thinking ability and exceptional written and verbal communication skills.As a Senior Manager of Program Management in Capital One's Cyber organization, we're looking for someone that can help us deliver Cyber capabilities that will help Capital One customers to have incredible, secure experiences. Examples of potential capabilities include AI, Data Protection, Cyber Operations and Security Information and Event Management, Cloud Security, and Cyber Governance and Risk. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.McLean, VA: $177,700 - $202,800 for Sr Manager, Project ManagementRichmond, VA: $161,500 - $184,300 for Sr Manager, Project ManagementCandidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate's offer letter.This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
