WinnCompanies is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician III to join our team at Sereno Hills, a LIHTC residential community located in Los Angeles, CA. You will perform advanced apartment maintenance and troubleshoot across the property while mentoring other technicians. Strong HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance skills are required.
