As a Cath Lab RN in this high-performing setting, you will:

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive patient care throughout pre-, intra-, and post-procedural phases in the Cath Lab.
• Administer and monitor medications, assess patient responses, and ensure optimal outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with physicians and the multidisciplinary Cath Lab team during diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures.
• Maintain precise electronic medical records and uphold strict safety and infection control standards.
• Participate in ongoing quality improvement initiatives and departmental meetings.

Qualifications:

• Active RN license, valid in Wisconsin or compact states.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications required.
• Minimum of one year recent Cath Lab or similar acute care experience preferred.
• Excellent critical thinking, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to adapt quickly in fast-paced, dynamic situations.
