Corrigan Moving Systems is looking for a full-time, on-site Logistics Coordinator to work in our office located in Grand Rapids, MI.

The Logistics Coordinator is primarily responsible for supporting our clients, providing an excellent customer experience, managing details of our clients’ projects, and keeping everyone informed of the logistics process.

Logistics Coordinator Responsibilities:

• Scheduling – Work with our clients, install crews, warehousing, and operations teams to schedule the appropriate form of warehousing, transportation, and support, based on the client need.
• Reporting – Report regularly on warehoused items, damages/issues, compliance, and job status, and changes
• Administrative – Organize project documents: pricing, scope of project, bidding, cost tracking. Assist with payables and weekly time sheets for install crew, transportation, and warehousing. Review and update vendor and resource contracts, as needed.
• Inventory Management – Use Corrigan’s proprietary warehouse management program to receive in, track, and manage inventory and product for new and ongoing hospitality logistics projects.
• Work with Partnering Companies /Warehouses – Work with partnering companies/warehouses throughout the U.S. to store and manage inventory
• Communication - Communicate frequently with Sales, Clients, Directors, and Teams on site - both verbally and electronically

Logistics Coordinator Requirements:

• 2+ Customer/Account Coordinator experience – preferably in Logistics
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Requires above average multi-tasking and time management skills
• Quick critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
• Self-motivated, friendly, positive, with a helpful demeanor
• Ability to work and keep up in fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, One Note and Teams)
• Solid computer skills with ability to learn and utilize in-house software

Salary: $42,000 -$45,000+ (based on experience)
