Marketing Project Associate

Triad Financial Services is a leading provider of financial services and solutions, serving clients worldwide. We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Marketing Assistant to join our growing team.
Coordinate all marketing initiatives including but not limited to, social media, online, offline, research, creative concepts, and more.
Support the Marketing Manager/Director in evaluating and establishing the marketing plan, setting objectives, planning, and organizing promotional presentations, and updating calendars
Deliver high-quality service by teaching and supporting the marketing needs requested by the field and internal departments.
Evaluate and monitor campaign performance on an ongoing basis by analyzing key metrics and reporting information in an actionable form.
Create engaging marketing collateral for internal departments and the field including print, email, social, and digital assets.
Assists in managing relationships with external vendors to ensure high-quality and timely execution of marketing programs, and to ensure competitiveness.
Assists in event planning for attendance at conventions.
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
Ability to participate in and assist in the design of marketing programs with clients and/or agencies.
Creative problem-solving skills with forethought of organizational goals and needs.
Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Experience using social media including Google, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
College degree in related field a plus but not required
Preferring collaborative work and establishing personal connections with colleagues is important.
Developing individual approaches, working with minimal supervision, and taking personal responsibility for tasks are required.
