Maintenance Supervisor

Woodspear Properties, a national property management company, is seeking a full-time Maintenance Supervisor to join our team in Aurora, Colorado! We’re looking for a hands‑on, experienced, and self‑motivated leader to oversee maintenance operations for a 192‑unit community. The ideal candidate will take pride in maintaining high standards, demonstrate professionalism, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment. Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills are essential, as this role requires managing multiple projects while ensuring top‑quality results.
