Job Title: Pharmacy Manager (Long-Term Care)
Pay: $148,000 - $150,000 per year
Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

As a Pharmacy Manager, you'll play a vital role in overseeing daily pharmacy operations within a busy LTC setting. You'll work closely with a dedicated team to ensure efficient workflows, compliance with regulations, and high-quality patient care. This position is ideal for someone ready to advance their leadership skills while managing a high-volume, fast-paced environment.


What You'll Do
As a Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Managing daily pharmacy workflows, staffing, and scheduling for accurate LTC medication dispensing.
• Reviewing physician orders, conducting drug regimen reviews, and supervising IV/psychotropic monitoring.
• Ensuring compliance with state and federal regulatory standards, including inventory and narcotics handling.
• Training and leading a team of three pharmacists and six technicians, fostering a collaborative team environment.
• Acting as the primary liaison between the pharmacy and nursing facility leadership to support seamless operations.

What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• Active Registered Pharmacist license in Colorado.
• At least 1 year of Long-Term Care experience or 1 year of pharmacy management experience in a retail setting.
• Ability to quickly learn proprietary pharmacy software and adapt to new systems.
• Strong leadership, team-mentoring, and communication skills.
• A commitment to delivering exceptional patient care and maintaining high operational standards.

Location & Schedule:
