Mirasma in Miami is seeking a senior Paid Media / Performance Marketing leader to provide strategic oversight for high-spend ecommerce accounts. You will audit, diagnose health, and set direction while delegating execution to Media Buyers. You will review Search, PMax, Shopping, and Demand Gen holistically, coach buyers, and communicate with clients and internal stakeholders. 6+ years of Google Ads leadership and a proven track record of scale-vs-efficiency decisions are required. #J-18808-Ljbffr Mirasma
